If you thrive in a collaborative environment and want a career that truly matters, we want YOU!</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 36pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE</span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage the Holmes County WIC Program to ensure smooth operations and compliance with grant regulations.</li>\n<li>Supervise and inspire a dedicated team through scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.</li>\n<li>Engage directly with clients to assess eligibility, provide nutrition counseling, and promote healthy lifestyles.</li>\n<li>Champion outreach initiatives, attend community events, and strengthen partnerships to expand WIC's impact.</li>\n<li>Offer breastfeeding support and connect families with vital health and social services.</li>\n<li>Maintain licensure and uphold the highest standards of public health and safety.</li>\n<li>Respond to public health emergencies and contribute to strategic community health goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Licensed Dietitian with the State of Ohio Board of Dietetics preferred.</li>\n<li>or Registered Nurse.</li>\n<li>Two (2) years of experience as a WIC Dietitian or or management experience preferred.</li>\n<li>Valid State of Ohio driver’s license and insurability.</li>\n<li>Bilingual skills are a plus!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">BENEFITS:</span></p>\n<p>Enjoy a family-friendly, flexible work environment with competitive benefits: 12 paid holidays, generous vacation, personal and sick time, health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, employee assistance program, and OPERS retirement plan.
