This person will play a significant role in ensuring products meet required standards and specifications, follow detailed protocols for quality control, and work with the Quality Control Team to continuously improve processes. </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">This position is located at our manufacturing facility in New Boston TX. </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Schedule:</span></span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"> Four 10-hour days, on a rotating schedule. </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to):</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Must be available during all production staff work hours. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Follow all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements in designated work areas.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Follow all safety procedures put in place. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly workspace. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Must be available to production staff to answer questions and provide support pertaining to recipes and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Perform quality check points promptly throughout the production process as employees start, make and finish products to guarantee that each part of the process is correct. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Work/coordinate as needed with Product Quality Team Lead. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Be available to train, cross-train and retrain production staff on producing recipes meeting quality standards. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Inspect raw materials for contamination and their conformity to specifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Approve or reject products and raw materials depending on conformance with company and specifications. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Gather and prepare product samples to send for third party testing.  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Follow daily task schedule as needed and direction from QCCM.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Perform other duties as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Key Skills:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Strong leadership ability</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Team building and organization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Able to cultivate a team first environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Highly organized, accountable, and self-motivated</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Able to meet key deadlines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">High attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Communicate effectively and positively with others</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Training (one-on-one or group)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Must be able to multi-task</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Ability to work independently while staying on task</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Proficient arithmetic skills</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the role.
