This role will function as a dedicated <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Recruitment Executive/Recruiter</span>, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, liaising with hiring managers, and representing VIZX Global’s standards of excellence while serving within the client’s structure.</p>\n<p>This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced global environment, understands recruitment KPIs, and can manage stakeholders professionally and confidently.</p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(230, 126, 35); font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\"><br>Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> International Recruitment Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and candidate follow-up.</li>\n<li>Work with Applicant Tracking Systems and job boards used by the client (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.).</li>\n<li>Maintain structured pipelines and ensure timely updates to both VIZX and client teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client Partnership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Function as an extended member of the client’s internal recruitment team.</li>\n<li>Attend client check-in calls, respond to staffing needs promptly, and build trust through proactive communication.</li>\n<li>Understand client culture and hiring priorities to deliver aligned talent profiles.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Performance &amp; Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track recruitment metrics such as submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.</li>\n<li>Maintain daily/weekly reports as per agreed KPIs.</li>\n<li>Share insights and recommend process improvements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Market Awareness &amp; Quality Delivery</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stay updated on recruitment trends in the client’s market (healthcare, tech, back-office, etc. depending on assignment).</li>\n<li>Ensure an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment journey.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(230, 126, 35); font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3+ years’ experience</span> in recruitment, preferably in a BPO, RPO, or staffing agency setting.</li>\n<li>Experience working with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">international recruitment operations</span> (USA, Canada, UK, or Europe markets preferred).</li>\n<li>Strong command of English (written and spoken), professional email etiquette, and stakeholder management.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with CRM/ATS platforms and online recruitment tools.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">US or EU-aligned time zones</span> when required.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strong ownership mindset</span>—able to work independently while reporting within structured KPI frameworks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous exposure in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">healthcare, tech staffing, or professional services recruitment</span>.</li>\n<li>Experience supporting large-volume recruitment or shift-based hiring.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with SaaS recruitment tools such as RingCentral, Outreach, JobDiva, or similar.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>",
