      "content": "\n<li>Work closely with team members and clients to create and implement solutions.</li>\n<li>Assume responsibility for projects and ensure they are completed on time, fulfilling all project requirements.</li>\n<li>Offer technical expertise and guidance to team members and clients.</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to boost efficiency and productivity.</li>\n<li>Keep current with the latest Ignition developments and firmware and be willing to integrate them into projects.</li>\n<li>Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all work.</li>\n<li>Develop complex Named Queries, database schemas, and integration logic for SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL or other enterprise databases.</li>\n<li>Architect and develop enterprise-scale Ignition 8.x SCADA solutions, including Perspective HMI/SCADA applications, Vision projects, and Gateway infrastructure (Ignition 8 and up is crucial as it is a major update).</li>\n<li>Build reusable component libraries, custom scripting modules (Gateway, Designer, Client scopes), and maintain version control best practices.</li>\n<li>Perform code reviews, establish scripting standards (Python/Jython), and enforce architectural patterns across projects.</li>\n<li>Lead customer-facing technical discussions on architectures, and some essential knowledge on cybersecurity standards (ISA/IEC 62443), and IT/OT network design.</li>\n<li>Commission systems on-site, perform FAT/SAT protocols, and deliver training to client operations/maintenance teams.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot production issues, optimize system performance, and implement disaster recovery/high availability strategies.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Proficient in programming languages like SQL, Python, Java, and others.</li>\n<li>7+ years hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying Ignition SCADA systems (Vision and/or Perspective).</li>\n<li>Comprehensive understanding of team-oriented best practices and processes, including but not limited to MS Project, Jira, excel, or other forms of timeline/scope management.</li>\n<li>Ability to actively listen, probe, and identify concerns. Develop credibility, loyalty, trust, &amp; commitment.</li>\n<li>Ability to negotiate, resolve conflict and proactive decision analysis.</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel up to 40%. This may include domestic and international travel, depending on the project.</li>\n<li>Good communicator, organized &amp; self-motivated leader.</li>\n<li>Effective oral, written, &amp; digital communication skills.</li>\n<li>Excellent organization and documentation skills for efficient task and time management.</li>\n"
