    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Shift</strong></p>\n<p>1st Shift / 7am to 3:30pm / Monday to Friday - Additional days or overtime as required to complete the daily demands  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>About the Role:</u></strong></p>\n<p>As a core member of our production team, you will be expected to: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee the proper flow of finished product entering & existing the packaging equipment to include case packing, shrink wrappers, and other peripheral packaging processes</li>\n <li>Be responsible for maintaining the packaging center Sanitation in accordance with all Company guidelines and state/federal regulations</li>\n</ul>\n<p>As your employer, Perry’s will help you to achieve all of the above goals through feedback, education, and continuous professional development.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>What We’re Looking For:</u></strong></p>\n<p>Please read below requirements and check off all the tasks/procedures/deliverables you can perform.  In order to receive an interview for this position, ALL of the below requirements must be met:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the production of safe, high quality products and team member safety</li>\n <li>Must have basic Mechanical skills.</li>\n <li>Must be willing to learn & become well versed in the operation of shrink wrappers, case packers & other peripheral support packaging equipment</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task.</li>\n <li>Must possess basic Math Skills.</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions and then effectively communicate with all levels of co-workers.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Capable of standing for extended periods of time.</li>\n <li>Must be able to be proficient at recordkeeping and doing so in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Must possess the ability to clean/maintain the packaging center in a sanitary manner as per Company policies/programs</li>\n <li>Willing to learn and adhere to Department specific SQF & GMP requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Why Perry’s?</u></strong><u></u></p>\n<p><strong>Working with and talking about ice cream… how <em>cool</em> is that?</strong></p>\n<p>Behind every bite of Cookie Dough and every scoop of Panda Paws is a passionate team bringing hard work and creative ideas to the table.
