You’ll develop through hands‑on experience, peer collaboration, and ongoing technical training.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage the Quality and Commissioning Scopes of multiple sites.</li>\n <li>Responsible for streamlining the QA/CX Process to all associated sites.</li>\n <li>Evaluate lessons learned from all sites to help enhance success.</li>\n <li>Engineer and track sites using a live schedule.</li>\n <li>Keep open communication between all projects.</li>\n <li>Understand and communicate the client’s needs/requirements to the quality and production teams.</li>\n <li>Devise ways to improve processes to ensure higher-quality installation.</li>\n <li>Review specifications and procedures for installation processes and train staff to use them.</li>\n <li>Set the requirements for installations and monitor compliance.</li>\n <li>Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and provide guidance.</li>\n <li>Ensure site obligations are followed and ensure compliance with guidelines</li>\n <li>Collect, compile, and analyze relevant quality statistical data to obtain information regarding quality performance.</li>\n <li>Oversee production procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.</li>\n <li>Direct weekly and monthly meetings with their team members.</li>\n <li>Supervise electricians, inspectors, and other company staff to ensure they perform their duties per established quality procedures.</li>\n <li>Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.</li>\n <li>Gain client feedback, attend meetings, submit reports, and assist external auditors and inspectors.</li>\n <li>Prepare and present reports to update upper management on quality activities.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<em>REQUIRED</em>\n<ul>\n <li>6-8 years of experience with a High School Diploma, 4-6 years of experience with an associate degree, 0-2 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree</li>\n <li>Strong organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Basic typing and computer skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to establish effective relationships with customers, GCs, owners, and office personnel.</li>\n <li>Ability to proactively get tasks completed within a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Electrical single-line diagrams.</li>\n <li>Ability to utilize the National Electrical Code to solve problems</li>\n <li>Ability to work calmly under deadlines and external pressure.</li>\n <li>Excellent troubleshooting skills.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills.</li>\n <li>Strong computer skills- Specifically in Microsoft Applications</li>\n <li>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
