    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary:</span><br>We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Controls Specialist (Entry Level) to support project forecasting, scheduling, budgeting, and performance tracking across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget by supporting project control processes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>What sets INVID apart is our collaborative and flexible work environment. From structured career paths and paid professional development to access to industry events, we’re committed to your success.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span><br>Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using tools such as Excel, MS Project, or equivalent.</p>\n<p>•    Support cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.<br>•    Compile and analyze project performance data (cost, schedule, earned value) to prepare reports. <br>•    Assist with tracking resource usage, procurement status, and risk mitigation actions.<br>•    Maintain accurate records of project change orders, scope changes, and schedule revisions.<br>•    Coordinate with project managers to gather input and verify data accuracy.<br>•    Participate in internal and external project meetings and provide project control inputs as required in coordination with the Comptroller.<br>•    Support compliance with project control procedures and reporting standards.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required:</span><br>•    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.<br>•    1–3 years of experience in project controls, project management, or a related role (internships or co-ops count).<br>•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent planning software.<br>•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>•    Excellent communication and organizational skills.<br>•    Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Other</span><br>US Resident | US Citizen</p>\n<p>Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)</p>\n<p>Work Modality: Hybrid </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Benefits and Perks</span></p>\n<p>We believe in supporting our employees’ well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
