We are looking for curious builders, creative problem-solvers, and future-focused professionals excited by bold ideas such as defining the future of consulting, building an Anthropic-centered AI practice, and helping enterprises become fully agentic.</p>\n<p>Ideal Profile:</p>\n<p>At least 2 years of experience in a blend of product management, business analysis, AI/ML engineering, solution consulting, or digital transformation</p>\n<p>Strong understanding of emerging AI technologies, LLM ecosystems, agents, and enterprise automation</p>\n<p>Comfortable moving between strategy, experimentation, prototyping, and execution</p>\n<p>Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for innovation and building from zero to one</p>\n<p>Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions</p>\n<p>What You’ll Do:</p>\n<p>Help design and build Argano’s ArganAI offerings and client solutions</p>\n<p>Partner across consulting, product, and engineering teams to create agentic enterprise use cases</p>\n<p>Evaluate and prototype emerging AI technologies and enterprise applications</p>\n<p>Contribute to thought leadership around the future of AI-enabled consulting</p>\n<p>Work in a fast-moving, less hierarchical, highly collaborative environment</p>",
