Join Flexion’s influencer marketing department specializing in the mobile gaming industry. We are working with the biggest game publishers and brands and connect them with the right social media content creators. With creative promotions & strategic sponsorships we achieve successful marketing results and create new hypes and trends on Youtube, Instagram, Twitch, & TikTok. Now we are aiming to become the number one agency in this industry and therefore we are looking for motivated team members that have passion for social media & gaming. As a Gaming Sales Manager you will be responsible for comprehensive relationship management in the global market to expand our international reach. Tasks Targeted development and implementation of strategic sales approaches to acquire new international clients in the mobile gaming sector Lead the negotiation and closing of contracts, ensuring all commercial terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company goals Actively research and identify partners Active participation in shaping processes and bringing in your own ideas Building a sales pipeline by outreach, follow-up and conversion Cross-collaboration with respective internal teams Requirements Strong mobile gaming industry background (2 years at least) At least 1 year of experience as a sales or campaign manager in the influencer marketing industry Experience in professional client communication, both personal and virtual Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, project and time management Excellent English and German language skills Strong B2B experience Confident user of Hubspot (CRM) Passion for sales and client management Creative problem-solving Benefits Future-proof job in a growing industry Remote Working Space for creative and innovative ideas Coaching and further training opportunities Offers for mental well-being This is a fully remote role and you can apply from anywhere in the world.
