    "description_html": "<align-left><u><strong>OUR BENEFITS</strong></u></align-left><ul><li><strong>Company-Paid Health Insurance</strong></li><li><strong>Employer-Funded HRA Balance</strong></li><li><strong>Company-Paid Life Insurance</strong></li><li><strong>Additional Voluntary Insurance Options</strong></li><li><strong>Eligible For Annual Pay Increases</strong></li><li><strong>Eligible For Bi-Annual Bonuses</strong></li><li><strong>3% Annual 401(k) Match</strong></li><li><strong>Paid Time Off &amp; Company Holidays</strong></li><li><strong>Company-Paid Uniforms</strong></li><li><strong>Up to $500 Annual Tool Allowance</strong></li><li><strong>$1,000 Employee Referral Bonus</strong></li></ul><align-center><br></align-center><p><strong>Job Title: Truck Electronics Technician</strong></p><p>Reports to: Truck Electronics Team Leader / Director of Operations</p><p>Department: Operations</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary: Responsible for custom electronic installation of customer’s trucks.</strong></p><p>Supervisory Responsibilities: None</p><p><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Support daily functions including, but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Install electric circuits (wiring) for various electrical accessories including lighting, automatic salting controls, sensors, and switches</li><li>Utilize prints and diagrams electrical systems in truck build-up processes</li><li>Regular communication with Team Leader and Operations Manager to assess assigned job and identify parts and materials required for build up</li><li>Working cooperatively and proactively with customers</li><li>Develop continual process improvement with managers and co-workers</li><li>Parts delivery and pickup</li><li>Janitorial work beyond keeping work area uncluttered and swept</li><li>Work a 10-hour shift Monday through Friday, and a 4 hour shift two Saturdays a month</li><li>Other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>General comprehension of, and experience in, the truck build up process</li><li>General understanding of truck components</li><li>General understanding of electrical circuits, including knowledge of laws of current flows as it relates to voltage drop in determining wire size required in various circuits</li><li>General mechanical aptitude</li><li>Ability to work alone with minimal or no supervision</li><li>Ability to use hand tools</li><li>Follow all company safety rules and policies and operate equipment in a safe manner</li><li>Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions, diagrams, schematics, and prints</li><li>Ability to effectively perform job functions with input from manager and customers</li><li>Great attitude and ability to work with others</li><li>Good communication skills, written and verbal</li><li>Knowledge of computers and various software programs is desirable</li><li>Knowledge of on-board truck computer controls; including electrical multiplexing and CAN Bus systems is desirable</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Current regular driver’s license to move our vehicles</li><li>Forklift operator certification</li><li>Overhead crane operator certification</li><li>Experience installing electric components such as lighting and controls, with and understanding of 12v relays</li><li>Knowledge and experience in efficient wiring, drilling holes, making connections, and soldering</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements (representative but not exhaustive):</strong></p><ul><li>Sitting, crouching, kneeling</li><li>Fit in tight spaces</li><li>Manual finger dexterity</li><li>Heavy lifting; 50 pounds or more</li><li>Twisting, bending, reaching, and stretching</li><li>Long periods of standing</li><li>Exposure to shop noise and dust</li><li>Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles</li><li>Exposure to hot and cold temperatures</li></ul><p><strong>Core Values:</strong></p><ul><li>Integrity with a strong moral compass</li><li>Exceptional work ethic with grit</li><li>Team player attitude</li><li>Innovation</li></ul>",
