    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.36.21/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.36.21/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.36.21/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;</div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for mechanical and electrical assembly, testing, troubleshooting and modification of control systems used in automated machinery.</li><li>Performs maintenance service and repairs on production equipment including preventative maintenance.</li><li>Set up and programming of PLC&rsquo;s, variable frequency and servo drives.</li><li>Set up and programming of operator interface devices.</li><li>Assembly and wiring of electrical control panels and machinery.</li><li>Generation of electrical schematics and support documentation.</li><li>Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical failures on existing manufacturing equipment.</li><li>Advanced industrial electrical troubleshooting tasks such as diagnosing faulty electrical components and devices.</li><li>Advanced electrical controls troubleshooting and calibration of PLCs, transducers, motor starters, relays, solenoids, I/O cards, thermocouples, sensors, power supplies, transformers and other control devices.</li><li>Performs advanced conveyor troubleshooting/diagnostics and repairs.</li><li>Advanced hydraulic/pneumatic repairs and troubleshooting.</li><li>Complex shop re-builds and equipment upgrades. Identifies opportunities for machinery improvements and optimization.</li><li>Completes assigned tasks on time according to schedule.</li><li>Trains/mentors new hires and less experienced technicians.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Experience, Skills &amp; Education:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Requires 7+ years of experience in the industrial manufacturing field or in a related area.</li><li>7+ years electrical troubleshooting and system diagnostics.</li><li>3+ years PLC programming and debugging.</li><li>Proficient in the use of test equipment such as Multi-meter, Megohmmeter, Ammeter, oscilloscope, etc.</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of Electro-mechanical components and their function(s) in automated manufacturing equipment.</li><li>Proficient in the use of automation software packages such as Direct Soft, C-More Designer, Do-More Designer, Motion Works, etc. (or a combination of other Industrial Automation Software).</li><li>Advanced computer skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD.</li><li>Knowledge of communication standards common to industrial control environments (e.g., RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, Ethernet IP).</li><li>Knowledge and experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems and associated control devices.</li><li>Knowledge and experience with National Electrical Code and UL508A Standards.</li><li>Proficient in the use of tools and equipment common to the trade.</li><li>Expert electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment up to 480VAC.</li><li>Advanced PLC, Electrical Controls, VFD, and servo systems experience.</li><li>Ability to read/understand electrical schematics, mechanical drawings and other technical documents.</li><li>Creating new electrical schematics, hydraulics/pneumatics diagrams and any other drawings related to automated manufacturing equipment.</li><li>Strong understanding of ladder logic, PLC control and programming and process control.</li><li>Project planning skills and abilities for making complete materials lists, component selection/specification.</li><li>Employs safe work practices such as lock out tag out, ladder safety, safe use of power tools, etc.</li><li>Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.</li><li>Demonstrates excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.</li><li>Displays attention to detail and is accurate and disciplined.</li><li>Must be able to follow through on all tasks and projects with limited supervision.</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed.</li><li>Ability to operate power tools and other shop equipment.</li><li>Ability to acquire forklift certification.</li><li>Employs safe work practices such as lock out tag out, ladder safety, safe use of power tools, etc.</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed.</li></ul><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.36.21/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><br></p></div></div>\n    </div>\n  \n",
