Reporting directly to the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CEO</span>, this role focuses on operational excellence and execution, process efficiency and cross-functional coordination, team leadership, financial oversight and regulatory compliance without direct ownership of Engineering, Product, Commercial strategy or Business Development.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a senior leadership role for an experienced operator who builds capable teams, sets clear direction and ensures the business runs smoothly without micromanagement.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Business Operations and Leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Translate company strategy into executable operational plans and priorities</li>\n<li>Develop, implement and manage efficient operational processes and workflows</li>\n<li>Define, create and maintain operational dashboards, KPIs and other metrics and track progress against targets</li>\n<li>Leverage AI and automation tools to drive operational efficiency</li>\n<li>Identify inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements</li>\n<li>Manage vendor relationships, contracts and external service providers, including specialised vendors such as financial data providers (e.g. Refinitiv/LSEG) and payment infrastructure (e.g. Stripe) - owning access, licensing, contract terms, reporting and reconciliation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Functional Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the operational bridge between teams (IT, Finance, Compliance, Legal, HR)</li>\n<li>Facilitate communication and remove blockers across departments and projects</li>\n<li>Ensure clear ownership, accountability and performance management within and across teams</li>\n<li>Run operational planning and status meetings</li>\n<li>Set clear direction and ensure accountability across teams</li>\n<li>Foster a culture of ownership and accountability</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Management and Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the company finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial controls and reporting with support from established team leads</li>\n<li>Monitor financial and operational performance and drive corrective actions where required</li>\n<li>Provide clear, accurate financial and operational reporting to the CEO and Board</li>\n<li>Support board-level discussions with data-driven insights and clear recommendations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Administrative &amp; Resource Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee office management, facilities, and administrative functions</li>\n<li>Manage operational budgets and cost control</li>\n<li>Ensure business continuity processes are in place</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compliance, Risk and Governance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own operational compliance across the business, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies and governance standards</li>\n<li>Manage corporate housekeeping and the lifecycle of group entities across jurisdictions (Cyprus, UAE, Serbia and others) - incorporations, restructurings, liquidations and intra-group transactions, including IP transfers and intercompany agreements - in coordination with external legal, tax and corporate service providers</li>\n<li>Coordinate statutory audits across the group, acting as the primary liaison with auditors, and drive resolution of audit findings and legacy balance-sheet items (intercompany loans, write-offs, provisions) together with finance leads</li>\n<li>Maintain internal controls and audit readiness</li>\n<li>Coordinate operational aspects of regulatory reporting<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of experience in senior operational leadership roles within FinTech, SaaS or regulated technology businesses in the UAE and Cyprus</li>\n<li>Proven track record of building and optimizing processes in fast-paced environments</li>\n<li>Proven experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams</li>\n<li>Strong finance background, with direct responsibility for overseeing a company finance function</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of how to leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency</li>\n<li>Ability to execute at pace while maintaining control, structure and discipline</li>\n<li>Strong leadership presence, sound judgment and clear decision-making skills</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities</li>\n<li>Hands-on approach – comfortable operating at both strategic and execution level</li>\n<li>Fluency in English and Russian languages at business professional capacity</li>\n<li>Based in Nicosia, Cyprus or willing to relocate</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in wealth management, family office or regulated financial environments</li>\n<li>Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks in Cyprus (CySEC) and UAE (DFSA, ADGM, VARA)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Notion, Asana, Slack, etc.)</li>\n<li>Understanding of local business practices and vendor landscape in Cyprus and UAE</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) for operational efficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Reluna?</span></p>\n<p>Joining Reluna means being part of a forward-thinking team where your contributions will shape the future of wealth management technology.
