    "description": "<p>You will work with and support the audit professionals as a technical expert in auditing, specifically the <br>valuation of financial instruments and private equity investments for financial reporting. Working in a <br>dynamic environment, you will accumulate experience and obtain exposure to various industry sectors, <br>through interactions with internal and external clients.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span><br>• Reperform independent valuation of financial instruments to private equity investments according to financial reporting standards<br>• Review of client’s valuation model, and performing independent verification and validation of the pricing model and underlying assumptions/parameters<br>• Provide support and advising the audit team on valuation matters<br>• Apply various valuation methodologies, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, asset-based approaches, option pricing models and binomial model<br>• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and ensure the accuracy of data<br>• Prepare review memos for internal clients<br>• Contribute to the continuous improvement of valuation methodologies and tools<br>• Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as required<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span><br>• University degree related to finance, accounting or equivalent<br>• Strong grasp of fundamental principles of valuation principles, methodologies, and financial analysis techniques<br>• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment with complex and detailed information.<br>• Experience and/or demonstrated ability in time management and adaptability to change under pressure<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills and relationship building at all levels<br>• Work effectively as a team member - sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating team members on progress<br>• Highly motivated, ability to multi-task, work independently under minimum supervision and deliver top-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment<br>• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills<br>• Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethics within a professional environment<br>• Good project management skill</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(46, 56, 73)\">Forvia Mazars Asia Pacific Services Sdn Bhd (formely known as Mazars Asia Pacific Services Sdn Bhd)  is a Malaysia incorporated company and a member firm of Forvis Mazars, an international Advisory and Accountancy Group that operates as a single integrated partnership.
