    "description": "<h2>Role Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Sodexo</strong> is seeking a <strong>Senior Catering Manager</strong> at a very prestigious university account with two campuses in the heart of <strong>Washington D.C </strong>area for a potential sale. <strong>Sodexo</strong> will manage catering for the very high-volume campus account, which caters to a wide variety of events. The <strong>Catering Manager 4</strong> will oversee all on-campus catering operations, manage event concepts and partnerships, and oversee all aspects of our catering program. Customer service and client relationships are imperative for this role.</p>\n<h2>Incentives</h2>*Relocation Assistance Available*\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversight of Sodexo resources, recipes, systems, and use of catering programs to direct daily catering events, including food production, inventory, product deliveries, invoices, and procurement operations.</li>\n <li>Oversight of the sales process for catering and/or conference services. Works with clients and customers to design events.</li>\n <li>Ensure employees have appropriate equipment, supplies, and resources to perform their jobs and meet goals, cost controls, and deadlines as assigned.</li>\n <li>Establish and maintain a safe work environment, including both food and physical safety, in order to comply with all regulatory and Sodexo standards in various environments. Drives the Zero Harm mindset.</li>\n <li>Comply with budget requirements by controlling costs (i.e., labor, inventory, equipment, materials) and making adjustments when necessary.</li>\n <li>Supervise employees by delegating, assigning, and prioritizing activities, and monitoring operating standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
