    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p>Odyssey is looking for an amazingly talented <strong>MBSE Systems Engineer</strong> to join our team! In this role you will provide senior technical and advisory assistance to the <strong>Targets Program Office</strong> by aiding in the refinement and implementation of MBSE design standards across a portfolio of products.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Missile Defense Agency's Program Director for Targets and Countermeasures oversees the design, development, manufacture, integration, and delivery of threat-representative, reliable, and cost-effective ballistic missile targets and countermeasures for the missile defense system. These targets are utilized to test, verify and validate performance of the missile defense system. The program also executes pre- and post-test data reduction and identifies target characterization activities necessary to support the Missile Defense Agency's test objectives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Duties include, but not limited to: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as designer for implementation of the Government Reference Architecture MBSE solution across the Targets Program office</li>\n <li>Author process documents, develop template frameworks, and construct metric reporting methods to facilitate the execution of the MBSE solution to existing and future programs</li>\n <li>Use requirements analysis to create and maintain the (GRA) in Cameo</li>\n <li>Perform and lead systems engineering duties to elicit stakeholder requirements and mission needs</li>\n <li>Perform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and tools</li>\n <li>Define requirements, perform functional analysis using Model-based Systems Engineering techniques and tools</li>\n <li>Assist in requirements development and management</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Citizenship: Must be a US citizen</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Minimum Required Qualifications</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Clearance</strong><strong>: </strong>Active Secret clearance</p>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor's degree</p>\n<p><strong>Years of Experience: </strong>Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of working on missile defense-related or other DoD programs/projects</p>\n<p><strong>Skills: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE), preferably with direct experience working DoD Systems</li>\n <li>Ability to train others on MBSE concepts and tools</li>\n <li>Experience with languages used for architecture modeling (i.e. DoD Architecture Framework and (Unified Architecture Framework (UAF))</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Skills</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with MDA programs and processes</li>\n <li>Experience with missiles, targets, missile defense systems or hypersonic weapons</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with integrated requirements tools, such as DOORs NG</li>\n <li>Exposure to MDA test events and activities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Additional Information</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>Huntsville, Alabama</p>\n<p><strong>Travel: </strong>Yes, as required by the Customer</p>\n<p><strong>Remote, Onsite, or Hybrid: </strong>Customer site; telework authorized, subject to change at the customer's discretion</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-JK1</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Odyssey </strong>is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
