By using the best technology and our  expertise  in finance and  banking  we have built FinTech solutions that allow our customers to embed financial services into their products. We are looking for a Head of H R  to lead and shape the company’s  people  strateg y in a  fast-growing fintech environment. This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on partnership across the business, ensuring that people  practices  effe ctively s upport organizational growth, performance, and culture. As a key member of the leadership team, the Head of HR will work closely with executives and managers to align HR initiatives with business priorities, build scalable HR processes, and foster a high-performing, engaged workforce. Responsibilities Develop and implement the company’s HR strategy aligned with overall business goals and growth plans. Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. Establish and continuously improve HR frameworks, policies, and processes to support a scaling organization. Partner closely with business leaders to understand team needs and translate them into effective  people  solutions. Support managers in performance management, leadership development, and team effectiveness. Provide guidance on complex employee matters, organizational changes, and talent decisions. Lead initiatives related to performance management, career development, and succession planning. Promote a culture of continuous feedback, development, and learning. Strengthen and evolve the company culture in line with organizational values and business direction. Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall employee experience. Ensure transparent and effective internal communication across the organization. Oversee HR operations including compensation frameworks, HR systems, and people analytics. Ensure compliance with  labor regulations and internal policies. Build scalable HR infrastructure to support company growth and organizational maturity. Qualifications At least 8 + years of experience in HR ,   i ncluding at least  3  years in  a Head  of HR  or similar leadership  role. Strong knowledge of  HR practices, labor legislation, and HR processes ,  including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Experience developing and implementing  HR strategies and organizational development initiatives . Excellent  communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build trust and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Strong  problem-solving and decision-making abilities  in complex people-related situations. Experience working in  fast-paced and dynamic environments ,  preferably in technology or fintech companies. Strong   organizational and leadership skills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proven ability to build and scale HR processes in growing organizations. Exp erience using data and people analytics to inform HR strategies and support data-driven decision making. Working Hours and Terms Working Hours:   from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. accordingly. Workdays : Monday to Friday (5 working days). Hybrid Schedule : 52 days per year, equivalent to one remote workday per week.
