We also provide attractive working conditions and opportunities for career growth through professional development.</p>\n<p><strong>Discover why Cooper University Health Care is the employer of choice in South Jersey.</strong></p>\n<h2>Short Description</h2>\n<p>This Procedural Nurse Coordinator is a professional care-giver who, as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team, assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and who provides care to these patients utilizing the nursing process including the therapeutic use of self.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Will have the unique opportunity to assist in the development and operations of the Cooper Moorestown Multidisciplinary site.</li>\n <li>This model focuses on the acute/immediate care needs in the Moorestown and surrounding areas.</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service, interpersonal and clinical skills are required.</li>\n <li>Participates in cross training in other specialty areas.</li>\n <li>Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement projects.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the facilitation and coordination of safe and comprehensive care to all patients presenting to Moorestown Multidisciplinary sites.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Cooper Surgery Center at Moorestown is a modern outpatient facility with six operating rooms, two procedure rooms, and an interventional radiology suite. Patients receive seamless care from pre-operative assessment through recovery, supported by a skilled surgical team and advanced technology. Specialties include general, orthopedic, gastrointestinal, gynecologic, vascular, and other minimally invasive procedures designed for faster recovery and greater comfort. Care goals are designed to reduce pain, limit complications, and help patients return to normal activity sooner.</p>\n<h2>Experience Required</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1 year RN required; 2 years of specialty experience preferred in GI or IR.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>BSN preferred; Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>License/Certification Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse)</li>\n <li>Current NJ-BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)</li>\n <li>Current NJ-ACLS</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Special Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>10-hour shifts</li>\n <li>The Procedural Nurse Coordinator requires critical thinking to consider factors related to patient safety, effectiveness, and cost in delivering care. </li>\n <li>Effective resource utilization by the Nurse Coordinator requires coordination with the Clinical Director to plan or change course of action for improved continuity of care and outcomes.</li>\n <li>Requires expanded problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making at a supervisory level, including excellent communication skills and the ability to delegate effectively and supervise the work of other team members.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary Min ($)</h2>USD $41.00\n<h2>Salary Max ($)</h2>USD $70.00",
