font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Role and Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide customers a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Process cash, financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approvals through financial sources sanctioned by management </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Track and report business office performance metrics </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Exceed customer's expectations with regards to customer service and follow up</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Train and support sales employees with the accuracy of their PBS and other paperwork requirements</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Foster a professional work environment for the sales employees by attending and contributing to the daily and weekly departmental meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Promote effective communication amongst dealership personnel</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure personnel are in compliance with dealership and corporate Mitsubishi policies and procedures, and Governmental, OMVIC, MVDA, CPA and Bank requirements </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Effectively resolve outstanding customer complaints</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Promote honesty and integrity within the dealership culture</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
