The Body Technician position requires knowledge of collision repair, body mechanical, framework and auto body priming.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>All phases of collision repair (light to heavy), mechanical and framework.</li><li>Identify and determine parts required for repair, review repair orders, work orders, and Body Shop Manager's estimate notes, follow warranty guidelines; notify Supervisor of any repair add-ons.</li><li>Attention to detail – meticulous in work, detail-oriented, and strive to maintain high productivity levels.</li><li>Maintain work area appearance and safety.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>We offer:</strong></p><ul><li>$1,000 tool allowance to be paid on the anniversary of the service date.</li><li>Competitive pay with monthly incentives.</li><li>Earn up to ten days of Paid Time Off in your first year!</li><li>A Great Working Environment in a team-oriented setting.</li><li>5-Day work schedule.</li><li>Health, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Additional life insurance.</li><li>401(k) with a company match.</li><li>Vacation savings program with a company match.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>[SBS123]</p>",
