Other duties may be assigned.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Ensure that sizer equipment is operating at optimal levels to distribute the fruit evenly to assigned lines.</li><li>Perform all necessary start-up and shutdown procedures, cleaning, and troubleshooting to assure accuracy of equipment operation and to reduce and avoid downtime.</li><li>Supervise the work of assistant sizer operators and other department personnel.</li><li>Provide proper training and feedback to subordinates.</li><li>Communicate with other departments within and outside the plant about necessary changes to our pack requests or any other changes.</li><li>Complete downtime tracking documentation.</li><li>Establish packaging requirements for daily runs, as directed by the Sales Department pack requests.</li><li>Monitor fruit samples for quality, size, and grade and identify when adjustments are necessary.</li><li>Assist in the continuous improvement efforts at the facilities in safety, quality, cost, and productivity.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform basic maintenance and repairs to sizer equipment as needed.</li><li>May be expected to travel to different locations.</li></ul>",
