Your role is all about combining safety, confidence, and fun — from guiding guests through exciting activities to keeping our adventure areas running smoothly. You’ll be the friendly expert who ensures every experience is safe, welcoming, and packed with resort‑style excitement!</p><ul><li><p>Welcoming guests with energy and help them through orientation, prescreening and waivers — clearly explaining attraction rules and keeping the vibe upbeat and informative.</p></li><li><p>Directing guest traffic with confidence, helping everyone stay on track, and making sure the experience stays smooth, safe, and enjoyable.</p></li><li><p>Monitoring guest behavior and reinforcing safety rules in a friendly, approachable way — ensuring every adventure stays safe and memorable.</p></li><li><p>Maintaining visual contact with guests, offering coaching, tips, and positive energy as they take on the attractions.</p></li><li><p>Being ready to jump in.
