font-weight: bold\">🏗 Platform Automation Architecture</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, build, and evolve scalable automation frameworks across:\n<ul>\n<li>UI (Playwright / Selenium)</li>\n<li>API (Postman / REST-based tooling)</li>\n<li>Mobile (Appium)</li>\n<li>Integration and non-functional testing</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Ensure frameworks are resilient, observable, and maintainable</li>\n<li>Drive test reliability and near-zero flakiness</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">📊 Quality Governance &amp; Standards</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and maintain QA standards across domain tribes</li>\n<li>Own regression governance and overall test health</li>\n<li>Standardise automation practices across teams</li>\n<li>Improve visibility of quality metrics and risk indicators</li>\n<li>Reduce single points of failure through documentation and knowledge formalisation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">🧠 Technical Leadership &amp; Influence</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead medium-to-large QA initiatives</li>\n<li>Contribute to architectural design discussions and engineering forums</li>\n<li>Shape Definition of Done and influence sprint planning and release decisions</li>\n<li>Challenge delivery risk proactively</li>\n<li>Conduct technical reviews to ensure performance, security, and reliability</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
