The successful candidate will be responsible for developing transformation roadmaps, managing project governance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement, all while ensuring that Agile methodologies are consistently applied to deliver software efficiently and with high quality.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee Agile delivery across multiple teams, providing guidance and support to Agile practitioners (e.g., Scrum Masters, Product Owners).</li>\n<li>Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li>\n<li>Implement, refine, and enhance Agile frameworks, adapting as necessary to meet evolving organizational needs.</li>\n<li>Identify, establish, and monitor Agile KPIs to measure and optimize delivery performance.</li>\n<li>Guiding the Scrum Masters team in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and self-organisation.</li>\n<li>Identify and manage risks to delivery, proactively addressing issues that impact team performance and delivery timelines.</li>\n<li>Establish clear metrics to assess delivery effectiveness, team productivity, and project timelines.</li>\n<li>Analyse Agile metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Objectives:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implement the Scaled Agile framework across all relevant teams to ensure consistency, transparency, and efficiency in delivery.</li>\n<li>Establish regular reporting practices to monitor the health of Agile practices and share insights with executives and stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and regularly communicate Agile processes, benefits, and progress.</li>\n<li>Manage and align stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Experience:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience leading large-scale Agile delivery initiatives.</li>\n<li>Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with a proven track record of scaling Agile practices across an organization.</li>\n<li>Expertise in IT project management, governance, and risk management, with strong knowledge of Agile project frameworks.</li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Experience in a regulated industry is highly desirable.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Competencies:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strategic Thinking</span>: Ability to align transformation roadmaps with business strategy and long-term objectives.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Agile Leadership</span>: Experience coaching and mentoring Agile teams and driving the adoption of Agile methodologies across an organization.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Stakeholder Engagement</span>: Ability to influence and manage a wide range of stakeholders, driving alignment and delivering value through technology transformation.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Problem Solving &amp; Decision Making</span>: Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in risk identification and mitigation within complex project environments.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Adaptability</span>: Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on delivering continuous improvements to processes and technology.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Communication</span>: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What can you expect from us:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comfortable, friendly, professional, and supportive work environment;</li>\n<li>Hybrid work model with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.</li>\n<li>Private health insurance, sponsored sports and fitness activities, a free meal, fruit and beverages at the office;</li>\n<li>Opportunity to gain international business experience, working for world high-class companies;</li>\n<li>Possibility for personal and professional growth within a stable environment with ongoing training and support;</li>\n<li>Open door policy to all levels of management – everyone’s ideas are listened to and highly appreciated.</li>\n<li>Regular salary reviews</li>\n<li>Annual bonus scheme</li>\n<li>Annual training plans</li>\n<li>English Business classes</li>\n</ul>",
