          "text": "<p><u><strong>This position is for one of our Clients, located in McLean VA</strong></u></p><p><strong>Our Client </strong>is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support a well-known government contractor. Ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce skills in the areas of configuration, custom build using APEX and Field Service Lightning.</p><p> </p><p>Role</p><ul><li>Setting up FSL, including initial configuration, service territories, operating hours, scheduling policies, service resources, work rules and service objectives</li><li>Optimization of the Dispatcher Console and FSL Mobile App</li><li>Application design and configuration using Salesforce.com automation (SFA)</li><li>Utilizing object-oriented programming and design concepts to advise clients on Salesforce.com solutions</li><li>Developing custom applications and performing unit testing using Salesforce.com APEX and Visualforce pages</li><li>Performing data migration using Salesforce.com Data Loader</li><li>Designing and developing functionalities and web integration using Apex</li><li>Designing user interfaces using Visualforce pages</li><li>Using Force.com IDE to deploy and migrate applications</li><li>Utilizing Eclipse as a platform for development, testing and code deployment</li><li>Creating process and business flow diagrams use cases, story boards, training documents and job aids for end users and business users using Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint</li><li>Supporting and maintaining the applications on Salesforce.com to ensure optimal performance</li><li>Leveraging Project Management Agile tools such as Jira or Rally</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><u><strong>Required Skills</strong></u><br />    • Applicable Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Service Cloud, FSL)<br />    • Experience managing offshore development resources, tasks including configuration, customization, data migration, integration)<br />    • Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies<br />    • Knowledge of/experience with Field Service and associated skills<br />    • Knowledge of Field Service Lightning components and capabilities, from Case to Work Order to Service Appointment<br />    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills<br />    • Significant Consulting/client facing background<br />    • Outstanding teamwork and team lead skills<br />    • Salesforce Programmatic Development requirements 1) Apex and VisualForce- 2) Lightning Component- or 3) Lightning Web Component <br />    <br /><u><strong>Relevant Experience</strong></u><br />    • Participation in each phase of at least one full Salesforce FSL implementations<br />    • Participation in each phase of at least three full Salesforce lifecycle implementations<br />    • Management and successful delivery of all phases of at least one Salesforce implementations<br />    • Participation of Salesforce projects from start to finish using agile delivery approach<br />    • Experience in Salesforce to external systems integration.</p><p>Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. <br /> </p>",
