The ideal candidate will have 8&#8211;12+ years of experience in cloud architecture and infrastructure, with a proven track record of leading end-to-end migration strategies for enterprise environments. This role requires strong hands-on skills in AWS services, cloud-native design, hybrid architectures, and modernization approaches, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive complex migration programs to successful completion.&#160;</p><p lang=\"en-us\"><strong>Responsibilities&#160;</strong></p><ul><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Own the technical roadmap, defining and implementing complex, scalable, and secure architecture across multiple projects.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Lead architecture reviews, ensuring the proposed solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements like scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Advise on the strategic integration of AI/GenAI technologies to improve system capabilities and deliver innovative business solutions.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Collaborate with business leaders and with AWS architecture, design, and deployment.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Strong experience leading large-scale on-prem to AWS migration projects (applications, databases, infrastructure).&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Deep understanding of AWS core services: EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Route53, ELB, EKS/ECS, etc.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Expertise in migration tools such as AWS Migration Hub, CloudEndure, DMS, SMS, and Server Migration Service.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Strong knowledge of networking concepts: VPN, Direct Connect, subnets, routing, firewalls, and hybrid connectivity.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Experience with configuring site to site and point to site VPN between AWS and on premises network&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Experience with automation and IaC using CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), microservices, and modernization approaches.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Experience designing solutions with high availability, scalability, security, and cost optimization.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Built and executed end-to-end migration strategies (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, etc.).&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Conducted cloud readiness assessments, architecture reviews, and gap analysis.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Experience with data migration (databases, storage, workloads).&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Hands-on expertise in application modernization where required.&#160;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p lang=\"en-us\">Strong understanding of AWS security best practices: IAM roles, encryption, KMS, WAF, GuardDuty,
