The role serves as a senior escalation point, coaches project and delivery leaders, and ensures consistent, high-quality execution aligned with client expectations and business outcomes.&#160;&#160;The DSS operates across multiple delivery models (Agile, hybrid, and plan-driven) and plays a key role in advancing modern, AI-enabled delivery practices at 10Pearls.&#160;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities&#160;</strong></p><ul><li>Own&#160;delivery&#160;health across multiple accounts, ensuring predictable outcomes related to scope, timelines, quality, risks, and execution.&#160;</li><li>Act as the senior escalation point for delivery, client, and people-related challenges, providing clear direction and driving&#160;timely&#160;resolution.&#160;</li><li>Ensure strong end-to-end execution discipline from project initiation through closure.&#160;</li><li>Establish, reinforce, and continuously improve&#160;delivery&#160;governance, including planning discipline, RAID management, and execution rigor.&#160;</li><li>Proactively&#160;identify&#160;delivery risks, remove blockers, and course-correct engagements that deviate from&#160;plan.&#160;</li><li>Balance client expectations with delivery realities by guiding teams on scope, timelines, quality, and&#160;execution&#160;trade-offs.&#160;</li><li>Coach and develop Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and delivery leaders to strengthen ownership, decision-making, and delivery maturity.&#160;</li><li>Contribute to performance management activities, including appraisals, promotion recommendations, succession planning, and performance improvement plans.&#160;</li><li>Participate in senior hiring decisions, including final interviews for delivery and project management roles.&#160;</li><li>Monitor portfolio performance using key delivery and business KPIs such as&#160;delivery&#160;health,&#160;utilization, margins, and client satisfaction.&#160;</li><li>Partner with account and sales leadership to support client trust, retention, and account growth.&#160;</li><li>Represent&#160;delivery&#160;leadership in client discussions, escalations, and strategic forums when&#160;required.&#160;</li><li>Drive continuous improvement by&#160;identifying&#160;inefficiencies in delivery workflows and supporting simplification, automation, and AI adoption.&#160;</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (Architecture, Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product) to ensure strong end-to-end delivery outcomes.&#160;</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master&#8217;s / MBA preferred but not mandatory).&#160;</li><li>12&#8211;16 years of overall experience in technology services or software delivery.&#160;</li><li>6&#8211;10 years of leadership experience managing Project Managers, Delivery Managers, or program-level delivery teams.&#160;</li><li>Proven experience handling multiple concurrent engagements and senior client stakeholders.&#160;</li><li>Strong experience across Agile, hybrid, and plan-driven delivery models.&#160;</li><li>Demonstrated&#160;expertise&#160;in delivery governance, client escalations, risk management, and execution oversight.&#160;</li><li>Solid commercial and business understanding, including&#160;utilization, margins, and sustainable growth.&#160;</li><li>Excellent communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills.&#160;</li><li>A mindset focused on ownership, continuous improvement, and modern delivery practices, including AI-enabled workflows.&#160;</li></ul>",
