This role manages crews, coordinates equipment and materials, ensures quality workmanship, maintains job site safety, and keeps projects on schedule from excavation through final completion.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Supervise and lead pool installation crews on active job sites</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee excavation, steel, plumbing, electrical prep, concrete, and finishing phases</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure all work is completed according to company standards, safety regulations, and local codes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
