Description

The Dishwasher/Prep Cook supports the operation of efficient and healthy kitchens at Black Cap through prepping ingredients and maintaining a clean dishwashing room. They are responsible for washing dishes, maintaining high sanitation practices, preparing ingredients for the sandwich station, and making sandwiches to order. This role assists both FOH and BOH staff in providing customers with quality products and a clean environment to enjoy them in. This position is intended as a seasonal role (July-November) with possible extension contingent on business needs. The position will receive a maximum of 24 hours per week and is expected to work Sunday through Wednesday beginning at 7AM.
