Through the Village Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide trauma-informed, whole-person care that integrates behavioral health, primary care, and social services.</p><p>Our behavioral health team supports individuals experiencing complex medical, psychiatric, and social needs, including homelessness, serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions. This is a highly integrated care environment where clinical collaboration, independent judgment, and real-time decision-making are essential to effective care delivery.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>The Behavioral Health Clinician II is a licensed independent clinician responsible for providing advanced behavioral health services within a multidisciplinary FQHC setting.</p><p>This role serves as a key clinical partner to primary care and specialty providers, delivering assessment, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and consultation services for individuals with complex and often high-acuity needs. Regularly scheduled shifts include both Saturdays and Sundays.</p><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p><p>Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. The anticipated starting pay rate for this role is between $33.05 to $38.00 per hour.</p><p>As a part-time position, benefits are provided on a prorated basis in accordance with eligibility requirements and organizational policy.
