In this role, you will design, build, and deploy intelligent solutions leveraging Microsoft's AI and cloud ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-grade AI applications that drive real business value.</p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Design and develop cloud-native AI solutions using Azure Functions, Azure AI Search, and Microsoft Azure AI Foundry.</span></li>\n<li><span>Build and integrate large language model (LLM) pipelines, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows into enterprise applications</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop serverless microservices and event-driven architectures on the Azure platform</span></li>\n<li><span>Implement and optimize AI Search indexes, semantic ranking, and hybrid retrieval strategies</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust AI-powered features</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards through testing, monitoring, and iterative improvement</span></li>\n<li><span>Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal best practices around AI engineering</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>3+ years in software or AI/ML development</span></li>\n<li><span>Hands-on experience with Azure Functions(consumption or premium plans, durable functions a plus)</span></li>\n<li><span>Practical knowledge of Azure AI Search — index design, skillsets, semantic search, and vector search</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience working within Microsoft Azure AI Foundry (prompt flows, model deployments, evaluations)</span></li>\n<li><span>Proficiency in Python and/or C#</span></li>\n<li><span>Solid understanding of REST API design and integration patterns</span></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with Azure DevOps or CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">NICE TO HAVE:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Experience with Azure OpenAI Service and prompt engineering</span></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge of LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI orchestration frameworks</span></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity with Azure Container Apps or Kubernetes (AKS)</span></li>\n<li><span>Exposure to responsible AI principles and content safety tooling</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Weaviate, Pinecone)</span></li>\n<li><span>Microsoft Azure AI/Data certifications (e.g., AI-102, DP-100)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT WE OFFER</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.</li>\n<li>Government-mandated benefits plus supplemental HMO coverage.</li>\n<li>Collaborative and professional work environment.</li>\n<li>Career growth opportunities within a growing finance organization.</li>\n<li>Hybrid/Remote work arrangement (where applicable).</li>\n</ul>",
