      "text": "Essential Duties and Responsibilities",
      "content": "\n<li>Perform routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment, including conveyors, sortation systems, and automated storage and retrieval systems. Inspect and troubleshoot automated conveyance and sortation.</li>\n<li>Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential problems.</li>\n<li>Plan, schedule, and implement corrective actions using available tools and equipment.</li>\n<li>Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track &amp; complete work orders, log maintenance activities, and manage inventory of spare parts.</li>\n<li>Create maintenance schedules; generate, open and close work orders electronically.</li>\n<li>Conduct basic controls programming and troubleshoot PLCs and VFDs.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and analyze root cause for machine malfunctions to include proximity sensors and photoelectric sensors, conveyor motors, stretch wrappers, dock doors etc.</li>\n<li>Read and interpret schematic drawing for motor controls circuits.</li>\n<li>Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize downtime.</li>\n<li>Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.</li>\n<li>Perform safety inspections on maintenance and production areas.</li>\n<li>Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. (i.e. Lockout tagout and OSHA Standards)</li>\n<li>Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff.</li>\n<li>Clean and assist with upkeep of facilities.</li>\n"

      "text": "Qualifications   ",
      "content": "\n<li>Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a distribution or fulfillment center environment.</li>\n<li>Preferred: 3+ years experience with automated conveyor systems, maintenance apprenticeship, and repairing material handling equipment.</li>\n<li>Preferred: Technical certification and associate degree or higher in a related field.</li>\n<li>3+ years of experience with basic trades and troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480v.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs.</li>\n<li>Must have outstanding attendance, and be able to work a flexible schedule.</li>\n<li>Must be organized and able to problem solve, multitask, and prioritize work.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and adapt to priority changes to maximize equipment availability</li>\n<li>Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting and repairs.</li>\n<li>Experience with CMMS software for managing maintenance activities.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and other departments.</li>\n<li>Previous experience operating PIT equipment (work at height expected).</li>\n"
