The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in environmental land-use permitting, with a strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Manage the environmental land-use permitting process for various projects, including but not limited to wetlands, stormwater, air quality, and land use permits.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Conduct thorough research on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Coordinate with internal teams, clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to facilitate the permitting process.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Prepare and submit permit applications, environmental impact assessments, and regulatory compliance documents.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on environmental land-use permitting matters.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Monitor permit conditions and deadlines and ensure timely renewal and compliance reporting.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\"><strong>Qualifications and Requirements</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">3+ years of experience in environmental permitting, preferably in the Wall or Warren, NJ area.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental regulations and permitting processes.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Experience with GIS software and environmental modeling tools is a plus.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Frequent travel and/or field work to our clients&rsquo; sites.
