As the leading fire and water cleanup and restoration company, we are growing rapidly - creating exciting opportunities for \"ELITE\" talent.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The primary responsibilities of this role are:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Controlled demolition</li>\n<li>Baseboard &amp; carpet cushion removal</li>\n<li>Peeling, securing, &amp; reattaching wallpaper</li>\n<li>Carpet seam cutting</li>\n<li>Removing and disposing of debris</li>\n<li>Water pumping and extraction</li>\n<li>Mold remediation</li>\n<li>Specialty drying (hardwood, plaster, etc.)</li>\n<li>Vapor Barrier</li>\n<li>Setting drying equipment</li>\n<li>Constructing polyethylene enclosures</li>\n<li>Containment construction and maintenance</li>\n<li>Contents Manipulation</li>\n<li>Moving and Resetting Contents</li>\n<li><span>Additional duties may be assigned as needed, including responsibilities in other departments not specifically outlined in the job description</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">You will be successful in this role if your background and capabilities include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in disaster restoration (5 years or more preferred)</li>\n<li>IICRC Certifications a plus (not required)</li>\n<li>Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basis</li>\n<li>Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time</li>\n<li>Ability to work in confined spaces</li>\n<li>Valid Driver License<br></li>\n<li>Willingness/ability to work some weekends and night hours as needed (on-call rotation)</li>\n<li>Professional customer appearance </li>\n<li>High School Diploma or equivalent preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What’s in it for you?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Full Health Benefits Package</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Paid Time Off &amp; Paid Holidays</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">401K Retirement Plan with Company Matching</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Great Work Environment – Family Culture and Team Building Events</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Elite Restoration Inc. is a Drug-Free Workplace.
