Monitors NSI performance on a daily basis. Conducts education and mock MSETs. Participates in clinic specific drills.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensures additional overflow support for serious incidents.</span></li>\n <li><span>Works with community organizations to develop and maintain contracts as appropriate.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span><b>Education:&nbsp;</b>Bachelors Degree in Nursing</span></li>\n <li><span><b>License:</b> Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse.</span></li>\n <li><span><b>Certification:</b> BLS and ACLS via the American Heart Association within 6 months for critical care</span></li>\n <li><span><b>Experience</b>: 2 years of clinical experience related to neurosurgery</span></li>\n</ul>",
