This includes, but is not limited to, carpentry work, painting, repair work as well as landscaping and grounds maintenance. This position also provides guidance to service contractors and monitors their work. Must be able to complete a variety of tasks with minimal supervision.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties :&nbsp;</strong>(*Indicates an Essential Function)</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>*Performs minor carpentry work, drywall repairs, including replacing ceiling tiles throughout facility and indoor/outdoor painting of walls, doors, handrails etc.</li>\r\n\t<li>*Performs various landscaping duties such as pulling weeds, weed whacking, raking and grounds clean-up.</li>\r\n\t<li>*Moves heavy furniture, supplies and miscellaneous equipment, using appropriate assistance when necessary.</li>\r\n\t<li>*Clears snow and ice from walkways, steps, roof drains, overhangs and HVAC equipment.</li>\r\n\t<li>*Performs various cleaning/organizing tasks such as sweeping, removing debris from roofs as well as organizing material and equipment as needed.</li>\r\n\t<li>*Completes scheduled rounds to inspect building, structures and grounds to identify areas needing repair.</li>\r\n\t<li>*Requests quotes and submits requisitions for various facility repairs.
