By keeping attractions safe and minimizing downtime, you help create unforgettable experiences for thousands of visitors every day.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>We’re seeking a hands-on, safety-focused leader with strong technical expertise in mechanical systems—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment. The ideal candidate has experience supervising maintenance teams, scheduling work, and ensuring compliance with all safety standards and regulatory requirements. You should be able to diagnose complex ride issues, support preventative maintenance programs, and lead by example in promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability. Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach are essential to keeping our rides running and our guests thrilled.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum five years prior supervisory experience in a related field.</li>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years old.</li>\n <li>Prefer prior experience as a Ride Mechanic in a theme park setting or the equivalent.</li>\n <li>Must posses a high school diploma or its equivalent. </li>\n <li>Must posses a valid driver’s license.</li>\n <li>Must possess good organization skills and be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.</li>\n <li>Must possess a working knowledge of Federal, State and other regulatory agencies rules and regulations.</li>\n <li>Must posses the ability to meet deadlines.</li>\n <li>Must possess the mental and physical capabilities necessary to perform the job duties.  Must be able to access all areas of the park.  Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.  Must be capable of bending, squatting and kneeling. The ability to work at heights at or above 150’.</li>\n <li>Must possess a thorough working knowledge of the operation of hand and power tools, heavy equipment, etc.  Must be able to train others on the safe usage of equipment.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work outdoors in all weather condition and in muddy, dusty, wet and dirty conditions.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n <li>Read Blueprints, Electrical Schematics, and Hydraulic Schematics and have an understanding of PLC’s, Electronic configurations and troubleshooting.</li>\n</ul>",
