Overview As the Principal Team Leader Environmental, Health and Safety, you will lead development, standardization, and governance of Corporate EHS programs by translating regulatory and company requirements into programs that mitigate EHS risks, build a culture of safety and much more to ensure Chick-fil-A Supply facilities comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Regulatory compliance for EHS includes, but is not limited to: OSHA, EPA, and state and local regulations. The Principal Team Leader Environmental, Health and Safety is a highly visible, cross-functional leadership role that requires technical mastery, executive presence, and servant leadership. You will advise senior leaders on EHS strategies, develop and govern EHS systems across all distribution facilities, and cultivate a safety culture understanding the needs of employees, customers and the community. Responsibilities Set network-wide EHS strategy, governance, and compliance management systems to ensure consistent execution across all distribution facilities; lead the design and oversight of scalable programs, standards, and processes that embed compliance into day-to-day operations Ensure full regulatory compliance and proactive risk alignment by maintaining deep expertise in OSHA, EPA, and other applicable requirements; partner with Legal and industry groups to anticipate regulatory changes, assess organizational impact, and operationalize updates across the network Lead enterprise risk management and hazard mitigation programs by establishing frameworks to identify, assess, prioritize, and reduce EHS risks; oversee emergency preparedness, critical incident escalation, contractor safety, and the deployment of effective controls that minimize operational and regulatory exposure Drive data-informed performance and continuous improvement through enterprise KPIs, dashboards, analytics, and audit/inspection programs;
