    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><strong>PURPOSE</strong><div id=\"isPasted\"><div><div><div><div><div><p>This is a union position, and this person will service new HVAC &amp; Refrigeration equipment parts, make repairs, and trouble shoot live electrical components. &nbsp;Responsible for installing and maintaining piping, welding, soldering, refrigeration equipment, boilers, pumps, and brazing. &nbsp;Maintain and grow the &ldquo;Customer for Life&rdquo; concept for existing and new customers. &nbsp;Performs related work as required. &nbsp;This position will also be eligible for Vacation time.</p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p><strong><em>The following duties are typical for this job. These are not to be constructed as exclusive or all inclusive.
