Our goal is to help young people feel safe, supported, and connected as they navigate adulthood, offering resources in education, employment, financial literacy, housing, health and mental health, substance use, relationships, parenthood, and legal assistance.<br />\r\n<br />\r\nPosition Title and Overview:<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with young people to foster engagement and support their individual growth.<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Conduct regular meetings with young people in their homes, community settings, or at the drop-in center to evaluate their needs, address challenges, and celebrate successes.<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate with community partners and service providers to coordinate care, maximize support, and ensure young adults have access to necessary resources.<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain accurate and timely documentation to ensure effective tracking and reporting.<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Facilitate and promote various programs occurring at the drop-in center to engage young people and meet their diverse needs.<br />\r\n&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Teach young people how to gain and master adulting skills such as budgeting, home maintaining, and decision making.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Location and Travel Requirements:<br />\r\nThis position is primarily located in Meadville.
