The facility offers a full continuum of care, including detoxification, inpatient/residential treatment, and outpatient services.</p>\n<p>We are currently seeking Full-Time Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants in two roles—Addiction Medicine and Psychiatry—to support our patients receiving specialized substance use and mental health treatment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are currently seeking candidates for two advanced practice provider roles:</p>\n<li><strong>Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP/AGNP)</strong> – This position will serve as an additional provider on our clinical team, helping support patient care and meet the growing needs of our patient population.</li>\n<li><strong>Dual-Certified PMHNP/FNP or PMHNP/AGNP, or a Physician Assistant with a CAQ in Psychiatry</strong> – This role requires expertise in both psychiatric and primary care services, with the ability to assess, diagnose, and manage patients with behavioral health and medical needs. Candidates should have experience providing integrated care and treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions.</li>\n<p>We are seeking highly motivated providers who are committed to delivering quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative healthcare environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Overview:</strong></p>\n<p>Provide medical evaluations and treatment of patients within the facility under the supervision of the Medical Director, and work collaboratively with the medical and clinical staff in accordance with state licensure guidelines for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illness, independently or as part of a healthcare team.</li>\n <li>Participate in the formulation of patient Master Treatment Plan</li>\n <li>Assess physical and psychiatric health of patient and formulate measures to meet patient needs.</li>\n <li>Chart clinical observation (direct or through dictation), evaluations and treatment of patient in required time according to facility guidelines.</li>\n <li>Communicate with physicians and other staff as necessary to provide quality care for patient within appropriate guidelines.</li>\n <li>Encourage family involvement in patient care. Respond to identified patient and family educational needs.</li>\n <li>Support and follow legal requirements, hospital policy and procedures, medical staff bylaws and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Provide services that are in accordance with the state guidelines for Nurse Practitioners.</li>\n <li>Provide on-call responsibilities on scheduled basis directed by medical staff.</li>\n <li>May focus on health promotion and disease prevention. May order, perform or interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays. May prescribe medication.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always.  When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints.  Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner program required.</li>\n <li>Clinical experience working with the patient population of the facility; ability to demonstrate knowledge of concepts of limit setting, therapeutic boundaries, crisis management, therapeutic treatment, environment and patient care required.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 1 year experience as a Practicing Nurse Practitioner preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Licenses/Certifications: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Board Certified Nurse Practitioner required.</li>\n <li>Licensed to practice in the state in which the facility operates.</li>\n <li>DEA license.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Acadia Healthcare</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Acadia is a leading provider of behavioral healthcare services across the United States.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, Acadia Healthcare </strong>operates a network of 250 behavioral healthcare facilities with approximately 11,000 beds in 39 states and Puerto Rico.
