    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><h1 data-pasted=\"true\">Sanitation Manager &ndash; Industrial Bakery Manufacturing</h1><p><strong>Location:</strong> 2473 West 2950 North, Salt Lake City, UT 84129<br><strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-Time | On-Site</p><p>Bridor is seeking an experienced Sanitation Manager to lead sanitation operations at our new industrial bakery manufacturing facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role is responsible for ensuring the facility maintains the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have proven sanitation leadership experience within a food manufacturing environment and experience supporting HACCP, SQF, GMP, FDA, and customer requirements.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><h3>Sanitation &amp; Food Safety</h3><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Lead all facility sanitation programs and activities.</li><li>Develop, implement, and maintain SSOPs and Master Sanitation Schedules.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HACCP, SQF, GMP, FDA, USDA, and company requirements.</li><li>Conduct pre-operational inspections and sanitation audits.</li><li>Lead corrective actions related to sanitation and food safety findings.</li><li>Support environmental monitoring and allergen control programs.</li><li>Maintain sanitation records and documentation.</li><li>Support customer, regulatory, and third-party audits.</li></ul><h3>Operations</h3><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Coordinate sanitation activities with Operations, Maintenance, Warehousing, and Quality teams.</li><li>Manage sanitation chemical programs, inventories, and vendor relationships.</li><li>Ensure proper storage, handling, and usage of sanitation chemicals.</li><li>Monitor sanitation performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve sanitation effectiveness and efficiency.</li></ul><h3>Leadership</h3><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Recruit, train, coach, and develop sanitation team members.</li><li>Manage staffing, scheduling, attendance, and performance.</li><li>Conduct performance evaluations and corrective actions when necessary.</li><li>Partner with Human Resources on employee relations matters.</li><li>Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>Associate&#39;s or Bachelor&#39;s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Food Safety, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of sanitation leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experience in bakery, frozen food, dairy, protein, beverage, or other high-volume food manufacturing operations preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMPs, environmental monitoring, allergen controls, and sanitation validation.</li><li>Experience supporting customer, regulatory, and third-party audits.</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed to support operations.</li></ul><h2>Physical Requirements</h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the facility.</li><li>Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, varying temperatures, and industrial equipment.</li><li>Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.</li></ul><h2>Benefits</h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Medical healthcare benefits start on day one of employment.</li><li>Dental and vision insurance.</li><li>Short-term and long-term disability insurance.</li><li>Company-paid life insurance.</li><li>401(k) with a 6% company match.</li><li>Paid time off and company holidays.</li><li>Career advancement opportunities within Bridor North America.</li></ul><p>Bridor is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
