    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>United Community is seeking an experienced <strong>Regional Treasury Solutions Officer</strong> to drive the development and retention of Treasury Management revenue across assigned markets. This high-impact role will focus on delivering consultative treasury solutions, generating new business, and partnering closely with Commercial Relationship Managers and internal business units to achieve strategic growth goals.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Identify and develop market potential for treasury management and other bank services.</p></li>\n <li><p>Conduct consultative business development calls on corporate, county, and municipal clients.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maximize non-interest income through product penetration and fee optimization.</p></li>\n <li><p>Sell the bank’s full suite of treasury management services.</p></li>\n <li><p>Analyze client relationships and recommend appropriate treasury and banking solutions.</p></li>\n <li><p>Coordinate account setup and oversee the implementation of sold products.</p></li>\n <li><p>Manage controllable expenses to ensure portfolio profitability.</p></li>\n <li><p>Serve as a treasury product expert and provide technical guidance to customers and internal partners.</p></li>\n <li><p>Cross-sell additional banking services, including consumer banking products.</p></li>\n <li><p>Participate in community organizations and bank-sponsored activities to promote the bank’s brand and services.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements For Success</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Bachelor’s degree or 5–10 years of experience selling financial services, preferably in the public contract sector.</p></li>\n <li><p>Minimum 3 years of experience in a treasury management sales environment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Proficiency with PC operations and standard software applications.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong working knowledge of banking products including deposit accounts, sweeps, account analysis, and lending products.</p></li>\n <li><p>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer engagement skills.</p></li>\n <li><p>Demonstrated ability to sell non-traditional bank products within a traditional banking environment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Effective written communication skills for proposals and business correspondence.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong organizational and time management abilities.</p></li>\n <li><p>Proven ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and close new business.</p></li>\n <li><p>Completion of all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Conditions of Employment</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to pass a background & credit check.</li>\n <li>This is a full-time, non-remote position.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>FLSA Status: Exempt</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Ready to take your grow your career with a team that values your contributions?
