We also provide attractive working conditions and opportunities for career growth through professional development.</p>\n<p><strong>Discover why Cooper University Health Care is the employer of choice in South Jersey.</strong></p>\n<h2>Short Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs essential duties related to one or more of the clinical subspecialties of Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank and Microbiology/Immunology based on shift.</li>\n <li>Specific skills required for Molecular Pathology, Flow Cytometry and Point of Care job postings.</li>\n <li>For Customer Service posting, performs essential duties related to reference lab test processing and resulting.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Experience Required</h2>\n<p>One-year clinical laboratory experience preferred (Student experience acceptable.)</p>\n<h2>Education Requirements</h2>\n<p>Bachelor’s degree and completion of an accredited medical technology program preferred.</p>\n<p>Alternatively, possesses qualifications for high complexity testing as evaluated against Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments ’88 (Code of Federal Regulations, Title 42, Part 493.1489).</p>\n<h2>Special Requirements</h2>\n<p>Schedule: Every other weekend with 1-2 holidays.</p>\n<h2>Salary Min ($)</h2>USD $31.00\n<h2>Salary Max ($)</h2>USD $53.00",
