Create a positive and highly effective working environment based on mutual respect and a shared goal of being the number one supplier to our customers. Establish and maintain a solid working relationship with both internal departments as well as external resources.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>[Support Production Leadership]</p><ul><li>Support Team Leader and Operations Part Leader for the department</li><li>Manage Work Orders and other related items and follow up with related supporting teams (equipment, facilities, shipping) for timely completion</li><li>Track KPI&rsquo;s<ol><li>Monitor and track department production results (daily) and communicate with production teams&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the daily production meeting results and track the action items</li><li>Track the action items assigned to Engineers, Supervisors, and Crew Leaders (Safety Meetings, WQM, Planning Meetings, etc.)</li></ol></li></ul><p>[Supervise Coordinators]</p><ul><li>Supervise production and training coordinators and oversee their work activities</li><li>Maintain an environment that rewards good performance and encourages initiative, quality, communication, and efficiency</li><li>Provide timely and consistent feedback on performance, including following the defined disciplinary process for all employee performance issues</li><li>Manage overall training programs of hourly (Advanced training, Skill Matrix, Alert, skill evaluation, flexibility)</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>Associate Degree preferred</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>3 to 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li>1 to 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in managing departmental, team member, and individual goals</li><li>Experience in managing performance, and a corrective action process as needed</li><li>Experience or knowledge of basic accounting systems preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Microsoft Office</li><li>Management of personnel resources&nbsp;</li><li>Time management&nbsp;</li><li>Coordination&nbsp;</li><li>Critical thinking&nbsp;</li><li>Judgment and decision making&nbsp;</li><li>Complex problem solving&nbsp;</li><li>Learning strategies&nbsp;</li><li>Operations monitoring&nbsp;</li><li>Instructing&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
