    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>DATA SCIENTIST – GENERATIVE AI SPECIALIST</span></p>\n<p><span><b>Step into our world.</b></span><br><span><b>Transform with us.</b></span></p>\n<p><span><b>What will your challenge be?</b></span></p>\n<p><span>Bip has built within its&nbsp;<i>xTech</i>&nbsp;Competence Centre the largest community of Data Scientists in Italy (source: LinkedIn statistics), and from Italy coordinates its local Data Science teams across its international offices.</span></p>\n<p><span>As part of the continued growth and evolution of this dynamic group—working with clients across all industries and helping to bring Artificial Intelligence into some of Italy’s most prominent enterprise.</span></p>\n<p><span>At Bip, a&nbsp;Generative AI Specialist&nbsp;not only deepens their expertise in Generative AI models but also develops a strong understanding of clients’ business dynamics—translating them into solutions and effectively communicating and applying outcomes to enhance and optimize processes.</span></p>\n<p><span>Our&nbsp;Generative AI Specialists&nbsp;are involved in projects where most data is unstructured (text, images, videos, audio). The focus lies in understanding, processing, and generating from such unstructured sources—where traditional Data Science techniques often fall short.</span></p>\n<p><span>Project work ranges from leveraging&nbsp;pre-trained models&nbsp;(e.g., LLMs) to&nbsp;training new Generative AI models, including&nbsp;fine-tuning&nbsp;and&nbsp;absorption learning&nbsp;on commercial models.</span></p>\n<p><span>Beyond project work, Generative AI Specialists are expected to actively contribute to the internal community through&nbsp;research, technology scouting, solution design, and business development&nbsp;initiatives.</span></p>\n<p><span>Are you ready to join our team?&nbsp;Must-Have Requirements</span></p>\n<p><span>We are looking for an AI Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in developing software solutions based on Artificial Intelligence technologies.</span></p>\n<p><span>The ideal candidate has strong software engineering foundations, is able to design and build scalable applications, and has hands-on exposure to Generative AI technologies.
