Description The MA II works under the delegation of a Practice Manager and/or Provider to perform duties as directed to assist in providing patient care to assigned patients. A MA II performs all aspects of the MA I role and is fully competent in the clinical needs/functions for assigned clinic/location of work. An MA II is expected to perform in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulations. This position may require floating to other clinics. We will discuss current open positions and your preferences during the interview. The Job utilizes a combination of skills including: Taking patient vital signs Update patient medical records including medications, allergies, and other information Utilize a variety of clinical skills including injection administration, assisting in-office medical procedures, specimen collection, and point of care lab testing. This is a combination posting for an Associate Medical Assistant and Medical Assistant. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title.
