Leveraging the power of stablecoins pegged 1:1 to the U.S. dollar (e.g. USDC, USDT, and PYUSD), we deliver our innovative solutions through our commercial trading function, our B2B products (i.e. our Payments API and “widget”), and our retail and small business platform.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our Treasury Automation platform across fiat and stablecoin payment networks. This role will be responsible for building automated liquidity management, funding orchestration, settlement optimization, reconciliation, and treasury controls that enable scalable global payments. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of Treasury, Payments, Stablecoin Infrastructure, Banking, Compliance, Risk, and Engineering. They will transform treasury operations from manual processes into highly automated, auditable, and intelligent systems capable of supporting real-time global money movement.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">As the Senior Product Manager for treasury automation initiatives, you will:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Define and own the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for treasury automation to establish treasury as a strategic competitive advantage.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Build software capabilities that automate treasury decision-making and reduce operational overhead across both fiat and stablecoin rails.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Design systems that monitor global liquidity positions in real time and forecast funding requirements across currencies and payment corridors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Optimize capital allocation and minimize idle or trapped liquidity across banks, PSPs, exchanges, custodians, and blockchain wallets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Own products supporting multi-chain liquidity management, stablecoin inventory balancing, automated fiat-to-stablecoin conversions, and on-chain settlement orchestration.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop automated workflows for prefunding decisions, bank and exchange account funding, internal wallet movements, partner settlement obligations, and end-of-day processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with Treasury and Risk teams to automate platform controls, including counterparty exposure limits, bank concentration risk, exchange and custodian exposure, and liquidity thresholds.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Evolve the platform over time to feature advanced forecasting systems that predict liquidity needs, identify shortages before they occur, and model future funding or settlement obligations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Implement robust systemic workflows to ensure complete audit trails, institutional approval paths, and proper segregation of duties.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Your performance and impact in this role will be measured by:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Liquidity Efficiency: Reduction in idle capital, improved liquidity utilization, and lower prefunding requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Operational Efficiency: Measurable time and resource savings, reduced manual interventions, and an increased straight-through processing rate.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Settlement Performance: Faster overall settlement times, improved payment success rates, and reduced settlement failures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Reconciliation Performance: Reduction in reconciliation breaks, faster exception resolution times, and enhanced ledger accuracy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Risk &amp; Controls: Minimization of treasury exposure incidents, improved compliance outcomes, and enhanced audit readiness.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech, payments, treasury, banking, or digital assets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience building and launching complex financial products and operational platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of treasury operations, liquidity management, settlement processes, and reconciliation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with stablecoin ecosystems, blockchain networks, custody models, and digital asset infrastructure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience using data to drive product decisions and measure outcomes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity or passion to learn about Blockchain infrastructure, custody platforms, on-chain transaction monitoring. </span></li>\n</ul>",
