          "text": "<p>I AM LOOKING FOR SALES PROFESSIONALS WITH HUSTLE!!!</p><p>JOIN A TEAM THAT IS A FUN AND HARD WORKING!!!  </p><p>SUPER COMPETITIVE COMMISSION STRUCTURE!!!</p><p><br /></p><p><span>Responsibilities</span></p><p><span>Recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract to hire or permanent basis</span></p><p><span>Proactively source and identify active and passive technology professionals through various sourcing engines and social media sites</span></p><p><span>Successfully review job descriptions and analyze client requirements  in order to understand the needs of the hiring manager and technical skills required</span></p><p><span>Constructs Boolean search strings to expedite focused candidate/client discovery</span></p><p><span>Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand talent portfolio and attract qualified candidates</span></p><p><span>Conduct thorough phone and face to face interviews to determine candidates qualifications and job requirements</span></p><p><span>Assess candidates hard and soft skills through a combination of behavioral interviews and competency-based evaluations</span></p><p><span>Identify and attend networking activities such as career fairs, professional association meetings, calling on technical schools and outplacement services</span></p><p><span>Build and maintain a quality pipeline through fostering long term relationships with candidates</span></p><p><span>Manage and update internal ATS with accuracy and integrity</span></p><p><span>Display technical knowledge and the ability to understand technology and to keep abreast of technology trends at client companies</span></p><p><span>Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates</span></p><p><span></span></p><p><span>Required Qualifications</span></p><p><span>Willingness to work in metric driven environment meeting daily/weekly team expectations</span></p><p><span>Ability to work in fast paced and sales driven environment</span></p><p><span>Ability to build and maintain strong client/candidate relationships and networks</span></p><p><span>Must possess excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills</span></p><p><span>Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator</span></p><p><span>High level of initiative and ability work well in a team environment</span></p><p><span>Excellent written and oral communication skills</span></p><p><span></span></p>",
