      "content": "\n<li>Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, completing repairs correctly on the first visit whenever possible</li>\n<li>Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable system operation</li>\n<li>Clearly explain findings, repair options, and preventive maintenance recommendations to homeowners</li>\n<li>Present and discuss additional services, upgrades, and maintenance plans when appropriate</li>\n<li>Respond promptly to dispatched service calls and manage daily work orders efficiently</li>\n<li>Maintain organized service vehicle inventory, tools, and parts to support timely repairs</li>\n<li>Accurately document work performed, parts used, and service details in company systems (ServiceTitan experience a plus)</li>\n<li>Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and team members to support smooth operations</li>\n<li>Maintain a professional appearance, strong work ethic, and consistent attendance</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Prior heating and/or cooling experience in a residential capacity.</li>\n<li>Service titan experience preferred</li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate with customers.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated excellent communication conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member and pitch in as needed.</li>\n<li>Computer skills and use of electronic devices for scheduling, invoice creation and communication to staff and customers required.</li>\n<li>Must be able to work on a ladder.</li>\n<li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds.</li>\n"
