We are seeking dependable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused professionals to join our team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Commercial Pool Service Professional performs routine maintenance, water chemistry management, equipment inspections, preventative maintenance, and related services for commercial aquatic facilities. This position works independently in the field while being supported by a team of experienced aquatic professionals.</p>\n<p>Because this position directly impacts public health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance, it is considered a safety-sensitive position.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-weight: bold\">Essential Functions</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain commercial pools, spas, and water features.</li>\n<li>Test, record, and adjust water chemistry.</li>\n<li>Safely handle and apply pool treatment chemicals.</li>\n<li>Inspect, clean, and maintain aquatic equipment and systems.</li>\n<li>Identify and report safety concerns, compliance issues, and repair needs.</li>\n<li>Complete required electronic reports, photographs, and documentation.</li>\n<li>Safely operate company vehicles, tools, equipment, and mobile devices.</li>\n<li>Follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94); font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid driver's license and ability to satisfy company vehicle insurance requirements.</li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively in English sufficient to safely perform assigned duties and complete required documentation.</li>\n<li>Commercial pool, maintenance, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, facilities, or related experience preferred.</li>\n<li>Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.</li>\n<li>Current Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred. Candidates not currently certified must be willing and able to obtain certification within a timeframe established by the Company following employment.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(52, 73, 94)\">Essential Physical &amp; Environmental Requirements</span><br><br></span></p>\n<p>The requirements described below are considered essential functions of this position.
